National bank of Greece offered 410m EUR for procurement of Vojvođanska banka

National bank of Greece has offered 410m EUR, i.e. 516.9m USD, for procurement ofVojvođanska banka.

Although Bank Austria Creditaschtalt and Polish PKO bank entered the second round of privatization, only NBG gave obligatory offer for procurement of 99.4% of assets of this big Serbian bank.

Vojvođanska banka has 2,500 employees, nearly 700,000 clients, 23 branches and 179 business units. Its assets have been estimated to more than 50m EUR. This bank covers 6% of Serbia banking market.
