Aerodrom Portoroz for sale

The airport operator Aerodrom Ljubljana, Istrabenz holding and the port operator Luka Koper have invited bids for their 61-percent stake in Aerodrom Portoroz, the operator of an international airport on Slovenia's coast.

Aerodrom Ljubljana is selling 30.4 percent, Istrabenz 15.22 percent and Luka Koper 15.23 percent of shares in Aerodrom Portoroz.

All bids will be first collected and then shortlisted.

Shortlisted bidders will be invited to submit a binding bid or to start negotiations. All interested potential buyers should submit their non-binding bids until June 15th at noon.
