Auction sale of Belgrade-based Turbo Engine and Transmission Factory scheduled for June 15th

The Privatization Agency has announced that the auction sale of Turbo Engine and Transmission Factory, part of the Belgrade-based company 21. Maj, is scheduled for June 15th, with the starting price set at RSD 153.2 million.

The deadline to apply for participation in the auction is June 7th, while a deposit required to be paid amounts to RSD 76.6 million.

This factory produces parts and equipment for motor vehicles, employs 14 workers, and its value is estimated at about RSD 957 million.

The buyer of the factory will be obligated to invest RSD 20.4 million in it.
