On October 27, the General Meeting of Shareholders of Energoprojekt Holding passed a resolution to delist the company's shares from the regulated market of the Belgrade Stock Exchange, the Open Market segment. Consequently, the company will no longer hold the status of a public joint-stock company.

According to the resolution, Energoprojekt Holding has a total of 10,833,592 ordinary shares, with a nominal value of 514.60 dinars per share.

The decision to delist the shares follows a compulsory buyout of Energoprojekt Holding shares, executed on September 28 by the Belgrade-based company Napred Razvoj, pursuant to a compulsory buyout decision registered on August 3, 2026.

The resolution states that the legal requirements for delisting from the stock exchange have been met. Among other criteria, the company has fewer than 10,000 shareholders, and the total trading volume of its shares during the three-month period prior to the convening of the General Meeting was less than 0.5% of the total number of issued shares. Furthermore, in at least one month during that period, the trading volume was less than 0.05% of the issued shares.

The resolution was adopted unanimously. According to the document, the shareholders who voted in favor include Napred Razvoj, GP Napred, Montinvest Properties, Jopag AG, and Dobroslav Bojovic, all of whom act in concert.

Following the delisting of its shares from the Belgrade Stock Exchange, Energoprojekt Holding will be organized as a private joint-stock company and will be removed from the Register of Public Companies maintained by the Securities Commission.
