Radisson Blu Hotel & Residences Tivat in the final stages: The ALK Group builds long-term partnerships and values joint success

The project is being developed on the site of the former Hotel Tivat, opened in 1971. which is getting a completely new face today. The complex offers modernly equipped residences, a wellness area of ​​300 m² and an indoor pool, while there is a restaurant on the roof with a panoramic view of the Bay of Kotor.

The characteristic feature of the project is the condo rental model, which allows owners to use their apartment up to 60 days a year, with prior notice and in accordance with project rules. During periods of non-use, the apartment is included in the hotel rental program, within which the hotel takes over all the care regarding the issuing and maintenance. In this way, the owner has the possibility of personal use of the apartment, while the hotel system takes care of its functioning during the period when it is not in use.

The name ALK symbolizes the experience in construction from the Alps to the Carpathians. Experience in the execution of works from those markets applies to all group projects, and so on the complex in Tivat as well. About how quality is created in practice and how the company monitors all development stages, Mr. Amel Papić, director of ALK Nekretnine speaks out:
