Austrian company Engel to open production plant in Kikinda soon – Jobs for 150 workers in first phase

The Austrian company Engel will soon open a production plant in Kikinda, employing approximately 150 workers in the initial phase of operations.

Engel is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of machines and complete production systems for plastic injection molding, with production facilities and a business network spanning the globe.

In the first phase, the new 13,000 m2 facility will be intended for the production of machined components. According to the announcements, the hiring of around 150 people over the first three years is planned.

As announced, this investment represents a significant step in the further development of Engel’s European production network and will contribute to greater flexibility, shorter delivery times, and more reliable customer supply.
