RGA introducing real estate ID card – Consolidated data on plots, structures, registered rights and recorded encumbrances

The Republic Geodetic Authority (RGA) is launching a Real Estate ID Card service, the institution announced. This initiative aims to enable every citizen to easily obtain a clear document from the land register showing what they own and the rights registered on their property.

It provides an overview of the most important data regarding the property.

The “Your Real Estate ID Card” document will contain information about the plot, the structure (or a specific unit within it), registered rights, as well as recorded encumbrances and notes.

The “Your Real Estate ID Card” can be obtained at any counter of the Real Estate Cadaster Service, without an appointment and free of charge, the RGA notes.
