Belt company from Kraljevo building additional rebar processing facilities in Sremska Mitrovica

The Sremska Mitrovica City Administration for Urban and Spatial Planning and Construction has issued a building permit to the company Belt d.o.o., based in Ratina near Kraljevo, for the construction of a production facility for rebar processing.

As specified, the new complex will consist of a production section and an administrative section.

The facility will have a floor structure of GF+1 and a total gross developed area (GDA) of 6,743.16 m2, which is also the building’s total gross area.

In addition, plans include a transformer station and an access road surrounding the newly designed facility.

The estimated value of the project is 575,750,000 dinars (excluding VAT).
