From Bulgaria to Saudi Arabia – EXPO opens tender for support services in implementing activities to promote specialized exhibition abroad and in region

The company EXPO 2027 doo has announced a public procurement for support services in implementing activities to promote the specialized exhibition abroad and in the region.

The subject of the procurement is, as stated, organizational, production, technical and logistical support services in planning, preparing and implementing promotional activities for EXPO 2027 Belgrade on international markets, including the organization of B2B workshops and other events, support for fair appearances, production of promotional and branded materials, engagement of local associates and promotional staff, photo and video monitoring of activities, implementation of special promotional activations, engagement of influencers and content creators, organization and logistical support of journalist visits, as well as other supporting activities necessary for the quality implementation of the promotion of the International Exhibition abroad.

The activities will be implemented successively, in accordance with the actual needs of the client, in the territories and cities defined by the tender documentation.

Services can be implemented, among others, in the territories of Austria, Slovakia, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Turkey, North Macedonia, Bulgaria, Hungary, Greece, Albania, Montenegro, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, Great Britain, Sweden, Norway, Italy, Romania, Poland, France, USA, China, Netherlands and Saudi Arabia.

The cities and countries listed in the technical specification, as emphasized, represent planned or potential implementation locations. The Client reserves the right to change the city and/or location of an individual activity, in accordance with the needs of promotional activities, space availability, international events calendar and other circumstances relevant to implementation.

– The description of an individual type of event or activity represents a framework of possible implementation elements, and not a mandatory package of services that will apply to each individual event or activity. The selection of the ambassador, the city or market, the date and duration of the engagement, the type and scope of activities, the program of the stay, media and other obligations, as well as all other elements of the individual engagement are defined by the individual brief of the client – it is noted in the documentation.
