NLB Komercijalna Banka is to operate under the business name NLB Banka as of September 1.

As announced, this will complete a multi-year process of integration and harmonization with the NLB Group, within which each member bank has the same business name, regardless of the market in which it operates.

The bank remains the same legal entity, and all accounts, cards, contracts, loans, deposits and digital services continue to be valid as before. Clients do not need to take any action, the statement emphasizes.
