Industrial production in Serbia in July 2026 down 2.3% compared to the same month in 2025

Industrial production in Serbia in July 2026 was down 2.3% compared to the same month in 2025, the Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia announced.


Compared to the average in 2025, industrial production was up 0.1%. Industrial production in the period January-July 2026, compared to the same period in 2025, was up 0.3%.

Observed by sector, in July this year compared to the same month in 2025, industrial production in the electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply sector fell by 8.8%, and in the manufacturing sector the decline was 1.6%.

Industrial production in the mining sector was up 3% compared to the same month in 2025.

The volume of industrial production in July 2026, compared to July 2025, is lower in 18 areas (participation in the structure of industrial production - 60%), and higher in 11 areas whose participation in the structure of industrial production is - 40%.
