Bin Commerce building solar power plant in Dedina near Krusevac – Panels on 15,000 m2, investment worth EUR 2.5 million

The investor is the company Bin Commerce d.o.o. from Belgrade, which took over the ownership of the Zupa factory in Krusevac in 2017, and the solar power plant will be built at 6 Sandora Petefija Street in Dedina.
The estimated value of the works is 287,972,181 dinars or about EUR 2.5 million.
An excerpt from the Amended project for the building permit was prepared by Ceefor d.o.o. from Belgrade (in October 2025), with a statement from the responsible designer Milos Saleta, B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
The technical documentation - the amended project for the building permit was prepared by Ceefor d.o.o. from Krusevac.
The report on the technical inspection of the modified project was prepared by Hiram Inzenjering from Pancevo.
The 2800 kW power plant will have solar panels on the ground, transformer stations and 10 kV cable lines.

The TS SE1 and TS SE2 transformer stations (10/0.4kV/kV) will have an area of 30 m2 (each).
The designed TS SE1 cable line will have a length of 165 m (diameter 110 mm), and the route goes over three cadastral plots.
The TS SE2 cable line, 250 m long (diameter 110 mm), has a planned route over 4 cadastral plots.
The Bin Commerce company, upon request, has had its work completion deadline extended until December 31 of this year.
