From Backa Palanka to three continents – Majevica Servis expanding production and exports

The agricultural machinery market is highly competitive, and customer trust is earned over the years. Majevica Servis builds its development on this very principle - through continuous investments, expanding the product range and strong support for customers after the purchase.

Today, the company operates at full capacity, and this result is backed by significant investments in production. So far, eight million euros have been invested in the development and improvement of agricultural machinery production, which has further strengthened production capacities, improved processes and created conditions for further growth in the domestic and foreign markets.

The result of such development is a wide production program that today includes more than 150 different products. Thanks to carefully planned production organization, a large part of the product range is available to customers throughout the year, regardless of the season and type of agricultural work. The company’s goal is for farmers to be able to obtain the necessary machinery when they need it, without long waits and uncertain delivery times.

Special attention is also paid to after-sales support, which is one of the most important segments of the business. Purchasing a machine from Majevica Servis is not the end of cooperation, but the beginning of a long-term relationship with the user. That is why customers have access to an extensive service network with around 100 service technicians, ready to provide support when it is needed most.

This approach has been recognized by the users themselves. One of the indicators of market confidence is the fact that around 150 Fotrak Majevica 604 tractors have been sold so far. Satisfied users and their recommendations represent an important confirmation of the quality of products and services, but also an incentive for further improvement of the offer. The company continues to develop new products, and among the new features in the program is a 600-liter sprayer.

The strength of the company is not only reflected in production results, but also in cooperation with the domestic economy. Majevica Servis cooperates with around 90 domestic suppliers, which contributes to strengthening local production chains and creating additional value in the domestic economy.

At the same time, the company’s products have long since crossed the borders of the region. Today, they export to 43 countries on three continents, and plans for the coming period include further expansion into new markets and the establishment of new business partnerships. Such development confirms that domestic production can successfully meet the demands of the international market when it is backed by quality, continuity and reliable support.

The growth of business is accompanied by an increase in the number of employees. In order to respond to the increased production needs and further market expansion, the company plans to hire 20 more workers by the beginning of autumn.

The eight million euros invested in production therefore represents much more than an investment in equipment and capacities. It is an investment in product development, people, the domestic economy and the long-term sustainability of production. With more than 150 products on offer, a developed service network, growing exports and plans for new employment, Majevica Servis continues to build its position as one of the significant domestic manufacturers of agricultural machinery, with the ambition to market its products from Backa Palanka to an increasing number of markets around the world.
