The project is financed under the European Union's IPA III Pre-Accession Assistance Programme through the initiative "Strategic Communication on the European Union and the EU Accession Process (Western Balkans and Turkey) 2024–2027."
The procurement is divided into three lots, covering construction works, furniture, and the supply of audio-visual and IT equipment.
The first lot concerns the establishment of a Europe House in Kragujevac. The works include the refurbishment of premises on the ground floor of a mixed-use residential and commercial building at 20 Branka Radicevica Street, with a total net floor area of 70.13 square meters. The plans include a multifunctional room with seating for 20 to 25 people, a workshop area with workstations and a kitchenette, an office, and full accessibility adaptations.
The second lot covers the renovation of the existing Europe House in Nis, located at 5 Vozda Karadjordja Street. The 72.65-square-metre premises will be modernized and adapted for events, workshops and office use. The project includes a multifunctional hall for 25 to 30 people, a workspace, a kitchenette and accessibility improvements.
The third lot concerns the establishment of a Europe House in Novi Sad, at 22 Zmaj Jovina Street. The new facility will occupy the ground floor and basement, with a total net floor area of 157.8 square meters. It will include a multifunctional hall in the basement, workspaces and activity areas on the ground floor, as well as a kitchenette.
The deadline for completing the works under all three lots is five months from the signing of the contract, while bids must be submitted by 2 October.
