Mišković, Beko, Hamović... not to buy Novosti, only known bidder - WAZ

"Delta holding" and its president Miroslav Mišković have nothing to do with offer of "good, rich and experienced" Serbian businessmen who are willing to buy the stocks of Novosti. Neither company "Delta", nor Miroslav Mišković, is anonymous buyer who offer 3,200 EUR per stock, through broker company "Citadel", led by editor-in-chief and manager Manojlo Vukotić.

"Delta" and Mišković denied that they have anything to do with Milan Beko in regards to the bid for procurement of stocks of Novosti. Also Vuk Hamović is not one of the bidders - said Nenad Savić, the communication manager of EFT Group, the president of which is Hamović.

The official written request for takeover of stocks of Novosti has only been delivered to the Securities Commission by WAZ media group from Germany. It offered 3,600 EUR per stock and pointed out that that was not the final price.
