GITEX AI Europe opens doors to international partnerships for Serbian IT companies and startups

Twelve innovative IT companies and 16 startups from Serbia presented themselves at GITEX AI Europe 2026 as part of the national show organized for the second year in a row by the Development Agency of Serbia (DAS) and the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia (CCIS).

Participation in one of the leading European fairs for artificial intelligence and digital technologies allowed domestic companies to present their solutions to international partners, investors and potential clients.

Twelve companies presented themselves at the Serbian national stand in Hall 1.2: Acceleronix, AngryLynx, BIRG Technology, Cortech, Finiti, Ikotek, Meraxes Solutions & Services, Mercury.AI, Silver Bell Group, Sipod, Quadro Consulting, 2D SOFT, while 16 domestic startups participated in the GITEX Europe North Star program in Hall 4.2.

In addition to the organized national presence, more than 50 ICT companies and startups from Serbia participated in the fair through various exhibition, conference and B2B programs, investment meetings and other accompanying events.

During the two days of the fair, the companies held numerous B2B meetings with potential partners, investors and clients, participated in conference sessions and networking events, including a joint ICT workshop organized by the WB6 Chamber Investment Forum, which brought together companies from the region with the aim of strengthening business cooperation, exchanging experiences and connecting with partners from Western Europe.

The appearance at GITEX AI Europe is part of the continuous activities of the DAS and the CCIS aimed at strengthening the export potential of domestic companies, their positioning in international markets and connecting with global investors and technology partners.

Serbia’s strong presence at this year’s fair also represents an introduction to GITEX AI Serbia, which will be held in Belgrade in 2027 as an official technology event within EXPO 2027, and which will further contribute to the international promotion of the domestic IT industry and innovation ecosystem.
