The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has launched an international two-stage tender for the rehabilitation, remediation, reclamation, closure and stabilization of the used body of the Duboko regional landfill near Uzice.

The tender is being implemented within the framework of the Serbian Solid Waste Programme, and the contracting authority is the Republic of Serbia, namely the Ministry of Environmental Protection. The project will be financed from loan funds and/or grants managed by the EBRD.

The subject of the procurement includes the implementation of rehabilitation and closure works of the used body of the landfill, including its stabilization and reclamation, which should improve the safety of the site and reduce negative environmental impacts.

The complete tender documentation is available free of charge via the EBRD’s electronic procurement portal (ECEPP), through which communication with the contracting authority will also take place.

The deadline for submitting applications is August 17, and for more details, see HERE.
