Matej Lahovnik named Chairman of Mercator's Supervisory Board

Matej Lahovnik has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Mercator, whereas Rok Rozman of UniCredit is the new Vice Chairman.

It is assumed that the new Chairman of the Managing Board should be appointed soon. It seems that the best candidate for that position is Janko Medja, a former member of the management of UniCredit, who should become the Head of Finance.
