This summer, Regent has launched a new summer menu within its two main gastronomic outlets: Murano and Gourmet Corner. Created by Executive Chef Srdjan Begovic, who is currently in charge of the gastronomic experience at Regent, the new menu offers an innovative approach to the culinary traditions of Montenegro, the Adriatic and especially the Boka region to which Tivat belongs. The main focus is on seafood specialties: anchovy and tomato salad, Adriatic prawns with spices, linguini buzara with mussels and octopus, tuna crudo, Adriatic fish soup, as well as the star of this year’s season – Octopus Verde – smoked octopus with polenta and spinach, zucchini and viega sauce. Dishes such as Durmitor kajmak with potatoes, japraci with pancetta and cheese puree, Montenegrin steak tartare or slow-cooked lamb confit shoulder with glazed vegetables are part of a new interpretation of well-known, ancient recipes from the region. If you order at the Gourmet Corner, definitely try the gazpacho soup, refreshing for hot summer days, as well as the Montenegrin burrata, salad with peaches and Montenegrin prosciutto and risotto with orange and carrots.

For the youngest guests, we have prepared a new children’s menu for this season, as well as a charming vehicle with Regent - these ice creams in different flavors that greet guests upon entering the spacious panoramic pool area with sun loungers and an outdoor pool for children and adults.

Every weekend, during the summer (keep in mind that the summer season in Montenegro usually lasts from May to the end of September), Murano and Gourmet Corner offer a special evening cocktail menu (An Aperitivo Affair); once a month, the Murano restaurant will organize gastronomic dinners called Tastes of the Adriatic with tasting of the best local wines; the ONYX bar will offer shisha, while from June 11 to July 19, guests will also have access to a special menu designed to celebrate the live broadcasts of the FIFA World Cup matches.

Porto Montenegro is a dynamic project that is constantly developing and bringing new content - from the opening of new restaurants, boutiques of famous world brands to the construction of new zones that further enrich the entertainment, gastronomy and shopping offer. • Aura pool club, behind which stands a famous brand from Dubai, has reopened its doors since May 1. Located just a few steps from the hotel, this attractive space includes a panoramic pool, restaurant and nightclub. Throughout the summer, Aura brings energetic parties and performances by some of the best DJs.
• June 26 - Traditional Made in New York Jazz Festival. Among the main performers, as always, will be Grammy Award winners and prominent names of the American jazz scene, as well as numerous renowned regional jazz artists.
• July 24 – 25 – The traditional International Fashion Festival, in addition to presenting the collections of world designers, also brings parties with cocktails, which guests of the Regent Hotel will be able to attend.
• During June, July and August, various regattas are held in Porto Montenegro, events with a special atmosphere that are bound to make an impression.
