Montenegro gets science and technology park - Business plan competition announced

Establishment of the first science and technology park in Montenegro is one of the key projects of the Ministry of Science, and it is also of great importance to the state, the newspaper Pobjeda writes.

As it was announced, there were no entries for a competition in business plan writing for the first science and technology park in Montenegro, which was launched by the Ministry of Science in early March 2012, which is why that authority has announced the second, international competition.

According to the terms and conditions of the new competition, a business plan should contain basic measures outlined in a feasibility study regarding the establishment of a science and technology park, and it is also necessary to further develop and propose: a detailed strategic concept; a plan for measures and activities for achieving strategic goals; a detailed costing report and a financial plan required to establish a science and technology park.

The deadline to submit a draft business plan is 4 May 2012.
