MPC Properties appoints Milan Šmigić as Chief Financial Officer

MPC Properties, one of Southeast Europe’s leading real estate investment and development companies, is pleased to announce the appointment of Milan Šmigić as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Milan has been a key member of the MPC Properties team since 2008. Throughout his career at MPC Properties, he has played an integral role in the company’s growth and development, actively participating in all major transactions, including acquisitions and disposals. In addition to his extensive involvement in investment activities, Milan has overseen the company’s business planning and reporting functions, contributing significantly to the organization’s financial management, strategic planning, and operational excellence.

Milan’s appointment reflects his outstanding contribution to MPC Properties over the past eighteen years, as well as his deep understanding of our business and industry. His expertise, leadership, and commitment will be invaluable as we continue to execute our long-term growth strategy.

As CFO, Milan will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, planning, reporting, treasury, and capital management, supporting MPC Properties’ continued expansion and value creation.
