Aside from having big plans for Serbia, the Petroleum Industry of Serbia (NIS) obviously also wants to expand operations and increase its market share in the region.

This oil company has invited bids for the reconstruction and construction of about 300 filling stations in neighboring countries: Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria, the Republic of Srpska and Montenegro.

Estimates are that there will be about 60 filling stations in Hungary, about 100 in Romania and another 100 in Bulgaria, whereas the Republic of Srpska and Montenegro will get about 20 filling stations each.

According to the company's plans, the reconstruction and construction of all filling stations should be completed within the period of three to five years.

However, since these are very complex and long-term plans, the invitation alone, which is announced by NIS, will be open for five years.
