Construction of building with 24 apartments and business premises planned in Becici (PHOTO)

The investor Adriabaltic is planning to build a facility intended for apartment housing and business in Becici with 24 apartments.

This can be seen from the conceptual design approved by the Chief State Architect.

The planned number of floors of the building is 5SB+GF+4.

Semi-basement floors -5, -4, -3 are intended for parking vehicles (garage spaces, storage rooms and technical rooms). A total of 30 parking spaces have been designed in the semi-basement.

Levels -2 and -1 are planned as apartment floors with 4 one-bedroom apartments per floor. Five business premises have been designed on the ground floor, most of which have access to landscaped green areas or terraces. The first, second, third and fourth floors are planned as apartments with four one-bedroom apartments per floor.

The total gross developed construction area with the basement is 3,480.16 m2.

The area around the building is treated as a single entity, in function of the building. The conceptual design envisages pedestrian and vehicle access to the building and the garage parking space. The vehicle access, i.e. the planned road, is connected to a vehicle ramp that leads to the garage entrance.

The designer is Sita from Budva.
