About 70% of fashion company "Rudnik" offered for sale

Privatization Agency of Serbia has announced tender for sale of 68.89% of assets of Fashion company "Rudnik" from Gornji Milanovac.

The requests for purchase of tender dossier at price of 6,000 EUR can be delivered prior to July 5, 2006. The deadline for delivery of final offers is July 28.

Interested buyers are obliged to pay the deposit or deliver the guarantee in amount of 50,000 EUR. The right to participation in the tender have all companies that deal with production of trade in textile for, at least, last three years, with the business income of at least 1 million EUR in 2005.

The bids can be delivered by the interested buyers who are the financial investors with total assets of over 40m EUR, the investors who had income of at least 3m EUR in 2005, as well as consortiums in which at least one of the members meets the aforementioned conditions.

In 2005, Rudnik registered incomes of about 990,000 EUR, whereas its expenditures amounted to about 1.7m EUR, which means that the company registered loss of about 670,000 EUR.

"Rudnik" poseduje sedam fabrika koje se nalaze u Gornjem Milanovcu, Beogradu, Kraljevu, Aranđelovcu, Topoli, Pranjanima i Rudniku, ukupan kapacitet primarne proizvodne linije je 1,5 miliona komada odevnih predmeta godišnje, a zapošljava ukupno 938 radnika.
