The building, which was originally designed by architect Ivo Kurtović, is undergoing a carefully designed reconstruction that preserves its authentic architectural identity, while introducing advanced technological solutions adapted to modern business needs.
The investor of the project is the company EuroCons Group, which has been involved in the implementation of advanced air filtration systems and clean room technologies for more than two decades. This is exactly why Republica Business Center naturally integrates the most modern solutions that provide users with extremely high indoor air quality, comparable to mountain natural environments.
The office building with the cleanest air
The unique advantage of Republica Business Center is the exceptional cleanliness of the air, which represents the central concept of the project and thus distinguishes it from all other business facilities of this type on the market.
Advanced filtration systems eliminate almost all harmful particles, gases and allergens, with continuous monitoring and automated air quality management. HEPA filtration removes 99.99% of the smallest particles, while molecular filters neutralize gases and unpleasant odors, and CO₂ control ensures optimal conditions for work and employee concentration.
This approach to air quality is part of the broader concept of modern office space, which pays special attention to lighting, acoustics and thermal comfort, in order to improve the conditions for everyday work and living and create an environment that directly affects the comfort, focus and productivity of employees.

This includes optimization of energy consumption, intelligent control systems, a comprehensive recycling program and water savings, as well as lower operating costs thanks to energy efficiency and smart building management systems. In this way, the building not only ensures efficient and responsible business operations, but also contributes to the quality of the work environment and the reduction of tenants` costs in the long term.
