Strategic Capital Support for the Growth and Development of HALKBANK a.d. Beograd

In line with its strategy and future development objectives, HALKBANK a.d. Belgrade successfully completed a capital increase of EUR 30 million during May through its 35th share issuance for the qualified investor Türkiye Halk Bankası A.Ş.

This transaction represents a continuation of the long-term strategic support for the Bank’s development, strengthening its market position, enhancing its services, and further expanding lending activities in the Serbian market.

Key Elements of the 35th Share Issuance

• Nominal value per share: RSD 10,000.00
• Number of shares issued in the 35th issuance: 117,390
• Total nominal value of issued shares: RSD 1,173,900,000.00

As a result of this capital increase, the Bank’s total capital will reach EUR 286 million, while maintaining a strong capital adequacy ratio at a high level.

This capital support reaffirms the long-term commitment to the growth, stability, and continued development of HALKBANK a.d. Belgrade, as well as to the further enhancement of its operations in the market of the Republic of Serbia.
