Motel to be built in Dobanovci – Investment worth almost 480 million dinars

The Surcin City Municipality Administration has issued a building permit for the construction of a motel with accompanying facilities in Dobanovci, and the investor is the company MB Projekt from Novi Sad.

The facility is planned as a type I motel, with a floor structure of partly GF, partly GF+1, with a total gross floor area of 3,992 m2. According to the documentation, the estimated value of the works is around 479 million dinars.

The building permit was issued based on location requirements from December 2025, as well as complete technical documentation prepared by Domus Construction from Indjija.

The procedure determined that the investor is the owner of the land, while the necessary decisions from the competent secretariats, including the departments of agriculture and environmental protection, were also obtained.

A contribution of 105.1 million dinars has been calculated for the development of the construction land, with the possibility of reducing it to 73.6 million dinars if the payment is made by June 6, 2026.

The permit ceases to be valid if the works do not begin within three years of the decision becoming final, or if the facility does not receive a use permit within five years.

The investor is obliged to report the start of construction before the start of works, as well as to submit reports on the completion of individual phases during construction, including the foundations and the construction phase of the facility.
