Banca Intesa Serbia turns higher profit in 2011

Banca Intesa Serbia turned a RSD 9.59 billion profit in 2011, up by RSD 1.97 billion from one year earlier, it was announced today in the auditor's report on the bank's operations.
Data from the financial report show that the bank's revenues from interests grew from RSD 17.35 billion in 2010 to RSD 19.47 billion in 2011.
The bank's profit from fees and commissions last year was also higher than in 2010, rising to about RSD 5.44 billion in 2011 from RSD 5.16 billion one year earlier.
Banca Intesa's net revenues from exchange rate differences amounted to about RSD 1.94 billion in 2011, reads the report.
The overall capital of the largest bank in Serbia grew from RSD 57.29 billion at the end of 2010 to RSD 80.41 million last year.
It is specified that Intesa's assets in 2011 amounted to RSD 392.32 billion, whereas its total liabilities reached RSD 311.91 billion.
