Post Office launching process of legalizing its facilities built without permit – Tender announced for preparation of technical documentation

A few months ago, the state launched the “Svoj na svome” procedure to enable Serbian citizens to register facilities built without a building or use permit in the cadaster, and apparently, the Post of Serbia also wants to finally do so too. This company has announced a public procurement procedure for the service of preparing technical documentation for the purposes of legalizing its facilities built without a permit and in order to register them in the real estate cadaster in accordance with the Law on Special Conditions for Recording and Registration of Rights to Real Estate.

As can be seen, these are facilities in more than 20 locations in Belgrade and other cities and municipalities in the country.

The facilities that are to be legalized and registered in the cadaster are of various sizes, from those of about twenty square meters to facilities of several thousand square meters, such as those in Belgrade and Nis. Interestingly, in some cases, the Post Office also requests the deletion of facilities because, as indicated, they are non-existent facilities.

The tender documentation states that Posta Srbije d.o.o., as the customer of the service, reserves the right to change the specified real estate, so that if the need arises, it may omit the recording of some real estate and include some others.
