New investment of MK Group – Sunoko wants to buy Crvenka

Wheat Corn Holding B.V. from the Netherlands, the parent company of MK Group, intends to become the owner of 100% of the shares in Crvenka fabrika secera.

Namely, according to the conclusion published in the Official Gazette, the Commission for the Protection of Competition is continuing ex officio the procedure for the notification of concentration in the sugar industry.

From this conclusion it can be seen that the Dutch company actually intends to buy Crvenka, i.e. 100% of the shares in the factory.

If, after the expiry of the legal deadline, the Commission positively declares on this notification of concentration, the company operating under the name Sunoko and having two sugar factories, will become the owner of the third one.

Crvenka fabrika secera is owned by the Greek company Novus Symmetocces M.A.E.

Until recently, this company was also the owner of Fabrika secera Sajkaska from Zabalj, but according to the SBRA data from March 30 this year, the new owner is Wheat Corn Holding B.V.
