Italian company "Benetton" seriously interested in facilities of Department store "Beograd"

Company "Benetton" is interested in procurement of Department Store "Beograd".

Two months ago, the letter of intent of that multinational was delivered to the Government of Serbia, according to which "Benetton" obliged to buy entire system, to employ about 5,000 workers and invest 200m EUR.

That was confirmed by Vojin Plavanski, former associate of one of several bankruptcy managers for commercial businesses of Department Store "Beograd" and a member of the task force for design of elaborate on putting Department Store "Beograd" out of bankruptcy.

The statements that no one is interested in such huge market chain as "Beograd", according to his words, are not correct. Because, "Benetton" is interested in procurement of the leading market chain in the Balkans for ten years or so.
