The representatives of Zastava-Kamioni (Zastava Trucks) spent last week in Torino where they talked with the management of Iveco on participation of the Italian company in privatization of Kamioni. Iveco is, by the way, multiyear business partner and owner of over 30% of assets of Zastava's Truck Factory.
The questions asked to the representatives of Iveco were if they want to become majority owner of the factory, or keep the present package of stocks, and whether they plan to sell its share in Zastava's factory. It is said that Zastava will receive answers within 90 days.

Kamioni could be offered for tender sale in the middle of 2005. Greek company for production of truck superstructures Spyder is interested in privatization of Zastava-Kamiona, as well as Slovenian company Viator Vektor.
