In line with the trends of accelerated digitization and automation of logistics processes, the TPSX company further expands its portfolio by introducing advanced robotic systems for pallet management in rack warehouses. These solutions enable a significant improvement in efficiency, optimal use of space and reduction of operating costs, making them a key element of modern logistics and distribution centers.
As part of this initiative, TPSX integrates technologies from Zikoo Robotics, specialized in the development of robotic systems for dense pallet storage and automated goods handling. These are solutions that combine autonomous robots, intelligent control systems and advanced software platforms, enabling full digitalization of warehouse operations.
The basis of the system consists of the so-called. pallet shuttle robots, which function according to the "pallet-to-system" principle, where the movement and manipulation of pallets is fully automated, without the need for classic forklifts and large handling space. In this way, it is possible to achieve significantly higher storage density and better utilization of existing capacities.
One of the key solutions is the R-bot four-way shuttle, a robot that moves in four directions within the racking structure, enabling flexible pallet management without the limitations of classic aisles. This system is particularly suitable for high-rack warehouses and scenarios where maximum utilization of space is of crucial importance. In addition, it is characterized by high load capacity, speed and positioning accuracy, as well as advanced autonomous operation functions.
Vertical transport inside the warehouse is provided by H-bot shuttle, which enables quick and efficient movement of pallets between different rack levels, replacing traditional elevators and conveyor systems. This approach additionally increases the flexibility of the system and reduces the complexity of the infrastructure.

A special segment consists of a software platform that unites warehouse management (WMS), robots (RMS) and operational processes (WCS), allowing full control and optimization of goods flows in real time. This approach enables companies to move from classic, manual operations to fully digitalized and automated processes.
By combining the aforementioned technologies, TPSX can offer its customers complete automated pallet storage solutions, including:
- high-density storage systems (dense storage),
- automated storage and commissioning,
- flexible configurations without fixed transport lines,
- significant reduction in operating costs and labor requirements,
- increase in storage capacity and process efficiency.
By integrating the Zikoo Robotics system into its portfolio, TPSX further strengthens its position as a system integrator of advanced intralogistics solutions, offering the market modern, scalable and technologically advanced pallet management systems in rack warehouses.
