Pozarevac to get new sports facility near hippodrome – Construction tender announced

The public institution Sports Center Pozarevac has announced a public procurement for the construction of a modular facility intended for sports activities, which will be built in the hippodrome zone, in Ilije Gojkovica Street.

This is an open procedure for the execution of works, with an estimated value of 5.83 million dinars.

The planned facility will be built on a cadastral plot of approximately 3.15 hectares and will have a base measuring 15.1 by 5.9 meters. The planned floor structure is ground floor plus one floor (GF+1), and the facility is designed as a rectangular unit intended for accompanying sports facilities.

According to the technical documentation, the structure will be built as a combination of reinforced concrete foundations and a metal skeleton. The foundation is planned on strip reinforced concrete foundations, while the load-bearing structure will consist of steel columns and horizontal profiles. The interfloor structure will be made of trapezoidal sheet metal and reinforced concrete, while the roof is planned to use panel elements.

The designer of the facility is the company Studio Pavlovic from Pozarevac.
