Aman company acquires DIS and becomes largest domestic retail chain

(Aman becomes the largest retail chain in Serbia) After nine successful acquisitions of retail systems in Serbia, the Serbian company Aman d.o.o. from Belgrade became the owner of a 100% stake in the company PTP DIS d.o.o. from Krnjevo.

This acquisition, as announced, created the largest domestic retail chain, with more than 5,000 employees and an annual turnover of more than EUR 600 million.

During its 35 years of operation on the Serbian market, the company Aman doo has already taken over the following retail systems: Linija Vandini, SOS Marketi, Visnjica Ducani, Sreten Guduric marketi Uzice, Interex, Samald Komerc Novi Pazar, Orion Leskovac, Alfa Jagodina and Prehrana Sombor.
