International auction for Koksara announced – Starting price EUR 75 million

The coke plant in a business complex of one million m2 of land owns several factories, including: a power plant factory - for the production of electricity, an AMK (maleic anhydride) factory with a solar photovoltaic power plant, a coke plant factory - for the production of coke and coke oven gas (preparation, coking, condensation, V battery), railway transport, an Azotara factory - for the production of mineral fertilizers, a machine shop - overhaul, a filter station - for the production and distribution of water, and other assets outside the aforementioned factories.
Assets that were not subject to the assessment on February 9, 2026, will enter the bankruptcy estate, i.e. a new legal entity - the bankruptcy estate of Koksara in bankruptcy with a new ID number in accordance with the FBiH Bankruptcy Law, and it will not be part of the property of the bankruptcy debtor that is being sold.
The buyer will acquire the entire share in the bankruptcy debtor as the sole shareholder after the realization of the sale with 100% share.
The legal entity with the associated property is sold on a “seen-bought” basis, without any express or implied warranties of the seller, including warranties regarding quality, quantity and fitness for a particular purpose, as well as the accuracy and completeness of records and documentation.
The property is sold as a legal entity and it is not possible to bid separately on any individual part of the factory. The initial selling price in the public bidding process is the highest price offered by the bidder, with a note that written bids cannot be less than 2/3 of the total estimated value of the legal entity, i.e. the amount of 150,569,420.66 convertible marks. The minimum price increase at the public bidding hearing is 500,000.00 convertible marks, and the maximum price increase is 2,000,000.00 convertible marks, per increase.
The right to participate in the auction belongs to all legal entities and natural persons who deposit a deposit of 10% of the determined estimated value, i.e. a maximum deposit of 50,000.00 convertible marks, i.e. 25,564.59 EUR if the payment is made in EUR, no later than on the specified date of the sale in the account of the bankruptcy debtor.
The deadline for uploading the documentation if it is sent by mail is April 28, 2026, at the latest. (Tuesday), provided that in any case, regardless of the method of delivery, only documentation received by the date of the hearing for the sale by oral public auction, i.e. May 5, 2026, will be taken into account.
The hearing for the sale by oral public auction will be held in the premises of the Municipal Court in Tuzla, courtroom number S4, address BB ZAVNOBIH-a Street, City of Tuzla, on May 5, 2026, (Tuesday) starting at 1 PM.
