Knjazevac to get retail park worth EUR 9.5 million – Construction to starts in summer, around 200 jobs planned

The municipality of Knjazevac has announced, as they say, the implementation of one of the most significant investment projects in recent years, the construction of a retail park with an area of around 10,000 m2.

As announced, the value of the investment is estimated at around EUR 9.5 million, and the construction of 23 stores is planned within the retail park, which opens up space for the arrival of well-known brands and various contents in one location.

Nearly 200 new jobs are expected to be created.

The local government emphasizes that the implementation of the project is proceeding efficiently, and the issuance of a building permit is expected in less than six months.

The works are planned to begin in the summer of 2026.
