EUR 20 million investment coming to Prijepolje? – Possible investment at City Market site

Mayor of Prijepolje Drago Popadic held a meeting with potential investors who had expressed interest in implementing investment projects in the municipality. The meeting was organized after the submission of the Letter of Intent, in which the investor showed readiness to consider specific projects, as announced on the official Facebook page of the Municipality of Prijepolje.

The investor’s lawyer, Dragan Palibrk, presented his clients’ plans and emphasized their special interest in the location of the City Market. The potential investors proposed a project worth EUR 15 to 20 million, with a corresponding study presented to the mayor.

As stated, Prijepolje is becoming increasingly attractive to investors, and in the coming period, the implementation of several initiatives is expected that would contribute to the construction of new business and residential premises and the improvement of the urban development of the municipality.
