RTB "Bor" decided to become accessable for potential buyers – all interested investors will be able to submit requests for access to information on property of Bor-based giant

The Privatization Agency announced a public invitation to potential buyers of basic property of the Smelting Mining Basin (RTB) "Bor" to submit written requests, prior to July 14, in order to have access to information on that company’s property.

The Privatization Agency passed this decision based on the Privatization and Restructuring Strategy of RTB "Bor", which was adopted by the Government of Serbia on March 23, 2006. The public invitation to potential bidders represents the pre-tender first phase of the privatization of RTB Bor, except that a tender will be announced in the second phase, and in the third phase the tender commission will decide which bidder has made the best offer.

The potential buyers will have the opportunity to become familiar with the information on the property of the Copper Mine Bor, the Copper Mine Majdanpek and the Smeltery and Refinery. The Privatization Agency stated that it expected the public invitation for the tender sale of RTB "Bor" to be announced in July, 2006.
