Change in Nelt Group leadership – Darko Lukic stepping down as CEO from March 1

After leading Nelt Group through a period of growth, transformation, and organizational development since 2024, Darko Lukic has decided to step down from the position of CEO of Nelt Group for personal reasons.

As of March 1, Marko Cilic, CFO of Nelt Group, will also assume the role of Interim CEO. Marko is an experienced leader with significant professional background within Nelt Group, as well as in international companies such as Procter & Gamble and Novartis.
