Leskovac-based Metla Group acquires Niska Pivara

The company Metla Group from Leskovac has officially taken over Niska Pivara (Nis Brewery), completing the process of changing the ownership structure of one of the most recognizable industrial brands in southern Serbia, it has been announced.

With this acquisition, Metla Group begins a new phase of development with a clear focus on stabilizing and improving production, modernizing technological processes and further strengthening the distribution network throughout Serbia.

Niska Pivara continues to operate in Nis, while maintaining existing production capacities and employees. Additional investments in infrastructure, production organization and logistics are planned in the coming period. Special attention will be paid to preserving the identity and tradition of the brand, founded in 1884, while adapting it to modern market requirements.
