Sale of government bonds continues – 15-year bonds worth EUR 200 million sold

The Republic of Serbia sold a 15-year euro-denominated government bond issue worth EUR 200 million at a primary auction, the Public Debt Administration announced.

The auction was held yesterday, and concerns the bonds of the Republic of Serbia maturing on February 18, 2041. The coupon rate was 5.100%.


The total volume of demand at the auction amounted to EUR 222,374,000, and 200,000 government bonds were sold, with a nominal value of EUR 200 million.

The government bonds were sold at a yield of 5.000% per annum. The coupon payment in the amount of 5.100% will be made annually, every February 18 until the maturity date, the statement says.

As a reminder, the state also conducted a bond sale at the end of January, as well as earlier in February. Before this, a sale was also organized in the first half of January.
