Israeli companies invested 500 million USD in Serbia over last 5 years

In the last five years, Israeli investments into Serbia amounted to about 500m USD. In the region, these investments equal double and even triple that amount, which shows that there is more space for investments – the Israeli Ambassador to Serbia, Jafa Ben Ari, stated yesterday at the 22nd Israeli Business Forum dedicated to investments into civil engineering and telecommunications.

She stated that Israeli companies, operating in fields of civil engineering and telecommunications, were doing very well in Serbia and she invited the Government of Serbia to work on implementing the agreement signed between Israel and SCG, which should encourage Israeli investors to invest into this region and secure the same treatment the other companies had.
