Tender for sale of Pljevlja-based mine "Šuplja stijena" announced again

Pljevlja-based Lead and Zinc mine "Šuplja stijena", which was closed in 2000, was offered today (May 31, 2006) for sale for the third time. That starting price of the entire property is 400,000 EUR.

The land, equipment and mine's stocks, the facilities in Gradac and Šula and technical documentation about research works have been offered for sale.

The bids, according to the tender, should be delivered prior to June 30, 2006. The right to participate in the public auction have domestic and foreign juristic and physical persons who pay the deposit in amount of 50,000 EUR.

The bids of the participants must contain starting price and the business plan with the plan for development of company, the guarantee from the bank and references of the bidder.
