Camp Zlatibor to get 10 villas – Building permit issued for expansion

The Cajetina Municipal Administration has issued, acting on the request of the investor, the Cajetina Municipality, a building permit for the expansion and modernization of the Zlatibor auto camp.

The project, which was developed by the company Aba Professional doo from Belgrade, while the preliminary design is signed by the Belgrade-based Nesh Project, involves the construction of tourist facilities - villas, in two phases.

The building plot is being formed within the existing cadastral plot number 4624/30 in the K.O. Cajetina, which is located in the settlement of Zlatibor at BB Tic polje Street, on an area of 9,643 m2.

A total of 10 single-floor villas are planned, which will have a sloping roof, and the rooms will include a kitchen with a dining room, a hallway, a balcony, a bathroom, a living room and a bedroom. The total net area of all facilities will be approximately 595 m2.

The location conditions for the project were obtained at the end of last year.

The architectural and construction projects were developed by Lynwox Trade doo Loznica, while TOP-S DESIGN Zlatibor performed the technical control of the project-technical documentation and the energy efficiency study.

Let us remind that the Zlatibor camp began operating in April 2019.

The camp is located near the Zelenkada hotel, not far from the center of Zlatibor, and includes a reception hall, kitchen and summer house with barbecue, as well as a common room with all the necessary equipment. Each camp unit has electricity and water connections. There are also 10 rooms on offer (each room has its own bathroom, TV, Wi-Fi). The camp also has facilities for children (seesaws, swings, etc.).
