Energoprojekt Visokogradnja a.d. (as the contractor) and the company TOO Oil Real Estate, Almati (as the investor), signed in late February an Annex to the Agreement for construction, vocational, installation and exterior works on a hotel complex in the 4th microregion in the town of Aktau, the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The value of this job is EUR 4.5 million. The deadline for its completion is May 2012.

Energoprojekt already built several significant facilities for the company TOO Oil Real Estate in the previous period.
