Apatinska pivara selling stadium near the Danube for EUR 3.1 million

Apatinska pivara (Apatin Brewery) has put up for sale a stadium with a football field located in Apatin, with a total area of city construction land of 58,745 m2, for EUR 3.1 million. The stadium includes a building for sports and physical education (consisting of a ground floor, first and second floors, with a total net area of 602.72 m2), a sanitary facility for fans of 10.43 m2, a workshop with storage facilities of 47.82 m2, a garage of 31.27 m2, a reception area of 5.94 m2 and a sanitary facility of 6.58 m2.

It is also stated that the property is being sold exclusively for sports purposes, and that the legalization and conversion process is underway.

Given the great public interest, Apatinska pivara also made a statement, explaining the sale of the stadium by the decision to invest only in projects that are directly related to its business.

– Apatinska pivara, in accordance with its business goals, has made the decision to invest only in projects that are directly related to our core business, bearing in mind that the factory is currently undergoing major investments in improving production processes. At the same time, we remain open to support and cooperation with the municipality and all other stakeholders in an effort to find a long-term sustainable solution for the football club and the stadium space that, according to the planning documentation, is intended for sports – Apatinska pivara stated and emphasized that they had enabled the football club to use the stadium free of charge in 2026.
