Russian "Viza" to buy Bor-based Factory of Valves for Pneumatics FAVEP ?

Russian company "Viza", which has recently privatized Belgrade-based Industry of Engines and Motors "Rakovica", wishes to buy Bor-based Factory of Valves for Pneumatics (FAVEP), a part of Mining Smelter Basin Bor, Loznica-based "Kord" and "Trayal" from Kruševac.

Miloš Malinović, director of "Vizahem", daughter company of Russian "Viza", with its headquarters in Belgrade, says its aim is to make holding company that would deal with production and sale of automobile industry related elements.
