As can be seen in the latest edition of the Official Gazette, in addition to the Post of Serbia, this change also applies to the Roads of Serbia, Srbijavode, the Textbook Institute, the Public Enterprise for Shelters and the Public Enterprise for Broadcasting Equipment and Connections.
These companies will, as planned, continue to perform the activities of public enterprises, i.e. as before the change in legal form. The assets and liabilities of these companies will remain the same, court and other proceedings will continue, and previously signed contracts will remain in force, it is emphasized in the decisions on changes in the legal form of these companies.
When it comes to the capital assets of the previous public companies, they will be converted into shares in a limited liability company.
