Palic to get apartment hotel with wellness center

An urban planning design envisages the construction of an office building, an apartment hotel with a wellness center in Palic, in Olga Penavin Street.

The building is planned to have a floor plan of Semi-Basement + Elevated Ground Floor + 2, with a height accent that occupies a maximum of 25% of the floor area, and in that part of the building, a floor plan of Semi-Basement + Elevated Ground Floor + 2 + duplex is envisaged. A total of 78 apartment accommodation units have been designed, according to the preliminary design.

The project investor is the company Su-Prospect doo, while the urban planning design was developed by the Public Enterprise for Road Management, Urban Planning and Housing Subotica. The preliminary design is signed by Design Office Subotica.

The total gross developed area of the planned building is 6,821.21 m2. A total of 46 parking spaces are envisaged within the complex, of which eight are outdoors in the yard of the plot, while 38 garage spaces will be provided in the basement garage.

The main entrance to the building is planned from the north side, through a covered entrance area. The entrance leads to a windscreen area, from which access is provided to a reception area and a lobby, as well as to an open corridor connecting the side entrance, the staircase to the upper floors, the basement garage and the elevator.

The semi-basement of the building will house the reception area, lobby, wellness center and gym. The elevated ground floor, which is raised 1.74 m above the protective sidewalk, will contain apartment units of various structures, while the first and second floors will be intended exclusively for apartment accommodation. The height accent is planned for duplex apartments within the roof structure. The attic space is intended for the crawlspaces.

The public presentation will last until January 5.
